We ran into a snag with the releasing of chapters for Goodbye, Good Night & Good Riddance- but all is fixed!

Being an indie author is one giant never ending learning curve I swear

As many of you recall, my last newsletter was the first chapter of my newest (and IMO strongest, darkest, and deepest) book Goodbye, Good Night, and Good Riddance. All chapters were written, edited, and scheduled to go out and I was so excited and had sent the first one… then I learned about the 10% rule.

And it makes sense and is my fault for not knowing it especially after years of self publishing on Amazon. If your book is enrolled in KDP Select (Kindle Unlimited) you cannot pushlish a digital version of the book anywhere else, including a blog. You can share under 10%, and chapter one had that covered for me.

Unfortunately for me as soon as the book dropped I had enrolled it and I missed my window of opportunity to unenroll it, which lasts three months.

Those three months will be up on July 10th and after that point I’ll be sharing a chapter a week beginning with Chapter 2!
