Apparently Ollie's sells amazing books (and more spooky season finds in August)
I actively avoided buying more Halloween stuff, but failed at avoiding buying a big stack of books.
In an impromptu trip to grab something from Wegmans, I was able to convince my fiance to go on a shopping trip with me in search of the new Halloween stuff at Five Below (bad news, they only had mini plushies) and to Ollie’s to see their book collection. I have a preview of Dollar General Halloween decor and my amazing finds at Ollie’s.
Halloween Decor Happiness Part II
After my last blog I shared how excited I was to see the new Halloween decorations out at my local Family Dollar. I sped back there, way out of my way, after work on Monday to spend my allotted $20 on early decor. For $15 I grabbed a Jack-O-Lantern fleece blanket, a string of skeleton string lights, and a little statue of a pumpkin, black cat, and ghost stacked on top of each other.
I can’t find the items yet to link online, but I’m seeing other stores have them in other areas as well.

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet has books (good books, not the random books you usually find in outlet stores)
I’m always on the lookout for new bargains on books, and besides Book Outlet or the occasional Amazon sale, it’s hard to find them at a steal. I usually find the older books I’m looking for for collection purposes at thrift stores, but today at Ollie’s I found so many books, including one on my Amazon wish list which I don’t think has ever happened to me. I always see people posting their steals from places like Dollar Tree or other random discount stores, and I never get that lucky.
